Wir finden eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit gleich beim Parkeingang und können das recht weitläufige Areal am nächsten Morgen praktisch alleine besichtigen. Mit viel Charme. Am Abend dann auf einem Campingplatz unweit von Scicli - mit Waschmaschine. Weiterfahrt am nächsten Tag zu einem Stellplatz zwischen Olivenbäumen bei einem geschlossenen Restaurant unweit des Eingangs Calamosche im Norden des Naturschutzgebietes Vendicari. Am nächsten Tag weiter zu einer weiteren Attraktion der Natur: Ricerva Cava Grande „Siziliens Grand Canion“.
